“Went to see about porting over my parents to my plan and get them some new iphones. Was helped by the manager Stepnen and he was such a great help and he knows his stuff. Had a little hiccup with my mom's phone it was allowing us to make inbound calls to her but no outbound calls. She could call me but she couldn't call anywhere outside the T-Mobile network. Had to go back and get that fixed and I was able to get it done in a timely manner. Thank you for the service that you gave me on the first time visiting. You are my go-to store. “Last edit: My screen protector popped off again BUT to the credit of the this business and his product it only popped off after I missed the top step of an attic ladder and full body slammed my phone screen first into a wooden floor from a dead drop of over 10ft. The protector is damaged but my phone and screen are intact. The product has worked as intended and has saved me hundreds of dollars. I am very happy with the courtesy I was shown during our last transaction even with me being quite unreasonable and I am happy with the product. I feel if I didn't have the screen protector installed correctly by a professional, I would be replacing a screen or whole phone right about now. I added another star to reflect my sastifaction.”

I had unsuccessfully tried to have someone called to the bicycle department and flagged down Vincent who dropped what he was doing and came over to assist me. He helped me find the price of the bicycle and he aired up the tires so I could ride it home. I tried to contact someone at Target to give Vincent a positive review but no one seems to answer phones there.”

“After a year of issues with my wife's phone service, multiple calls to Crickets 611 help number, and talking to Samsung - we walked in this store and had a resolution in five minutes. The young lady at the counter, actually three of them, were very helpful in spite of my wife's obvious aggravation. With a quick review of the phone and network settings we were quickly assured it was now going to work properly. Test call and text worked, wife opened apps and messages previously unable to open, and we were done. Highly recommend this location and Cricket Wireless.”

“Our home internet stopped working. We visited the local T-Mobile store and they didn't have the equipment to replace our defective box. We drove an hour to Tyler to another store just to be told they couldn't (wouldn't?) exchange our equipment and we needed to have it shipped (Even after we called to confirm they had what we needed before we drove the hour trip). After an entire day of frustration, we walked in this store by chance and the employee had us in an out with exactly what we needed in just a few minutes. Heroes of the day!!”
