“So yall, I came in disappointed about my phone because the screen was totally black. The worker at the business told me my cost would be $380 to replace the oled screen on my s22 ultra and yallll I was disappointed again but I realize I had the same phone in my car and asked him to switch my old screen and put in my current phone he agreed but there would still be a fee to do the work. So I left my phones with him and returned hours later prepared to pay and he told me that it was a minimum problem and he fixed my current phoneeeeeee lol I was so happy and I left with money my pocket babbby. So please go check this place out for all your cell phone and laptop device needs...”

“5 Stars for River ! River was our sales associate. Our visit required extra help for a senior citizen who needed a simpler phone . River took the time to select and familiarize the customer with their new cell phone. He listened to and answered all the customer's questions carefully. He even wrote down the information that the customer needed later on for the phone plan sold. We sure did appreciate all the help that River provided, at the T Mobile store at HWY. 64 West in Tyler Texas.”

“Prado’s Repair was a great experience. I took my phone in today around 11 AM. Told them what I needed to be done. They examined my phone, gave me a quote and had me out in an hour. I had my back screen and my speaker fixed and it was only $120 and they were very communicative and they also gave me a new screen protector. .”

“I met Shelby & Michelle in the Cumberland T-Mobile, best customer service I have seen for awhile especially changing over from AT&T to help reconfigure my set up. Tried to get the pin code to transfer from AT&T, not much help, what I was told was in error, but with the wisdom of the two ladies helping me, they were able to get me back to my same phone numbers. It wasn't easy dealing with AT&T&T apps or service, but the ladies worked it and completed it. I was so impressed with the personal hands on service. People we need to stay with the personal service as it is relational and that is what most services are losing. AI IS NON RELATABLE. DETACHED FROM HANDS ON, THE PERSONAL TOUCH...

“We arrived shortly after opening. We needed to get new phone and internet service with new cell phones. The employee that helped us was Vicente. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and very, very patient. My phone was an iPhone 6s that had not been updated in about two years. It took a pretty good while to get things done due to that. Vicente spoke to us about different subjects, keeping us entertained while my phone took forever to do whatever it needed to do so that we could transfer info to get new phones. We were there for around three hours dealing with my phone more than anything else. I highly recommend this store. We are very happy with the service we received and this is the only store we will use for anything regarding our services.”

“After a year of issues with my wife's phone service, multiple calls to Crickets 611 help number, and talking to Samsung - we walked in this store and had a resolution in five minutes. The young lady at the counter, actually three of them, were very helpful in spite of my wife's obvious aggravation. With a quick review of the phone and network settings we were quickly assured it was now going to work properly. Test call and text worked, wife opened apps and messages previously unable to open, and we were done. Highly recommend this location and Cricket Wireless.”
