He also took the time to transfer everything from the old phone to the new one, then explained some of the functions that I hadn’t been using to my full and advantage.”

She went above and beyond to help us with our phone issues, insurance claim, and everything we needed. She was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find a solution. She took the time to walk us through the process and made sure everything was handled correctly.
Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Kate deserves recognition for her outstanding work and dedication to customers. AT&T is lucky to have someone like her on their team. She definitely deserves a raise!

I have spent weeks trying to resolve a phone insurance claim for a device worth approximately $1,300. I have been referred back and forth between AT&T, Asurion, and other support channels without receiving a clear resolution.
I have made multiple attempts to work through the proper process, but I continue to receive conflicting information and no solution. At this point, I am documenting all communications and preparing to pursue formal dispute resolution and, if necessary, file a claim in small claims court.
I am still hoping this matter can be resolved fairly without legal action. Please contact me so we can reach a resolution.”
