Service was prompt, employees were nice and informative. Updates were given in a timely manner. An outside vendor was called in for my truck and what to expect was communicated. Friendly and accommodating staff. All in all an appreciative experience.

Ford Service dept did a great job with my 2015 Explorer. Not only the repairs I asked for but also a recall I did not know about. Also Martin the shuttle driver was very nice & polite.
