“Very comprehensive on Subaru’s. Alignment, Tires and check out work done by Dee’s Auto Body in Mineola. Dee’s did good work but would not work on things they missed even though I pay for the extra work they missed. Photo is what original damage was.”

“Not only do they communicate with their customers, they will go above and beyond without being asked. Our battery died while up there. Not being able to charge or save it, they took it upon themselves to go grab one at auto zone (thankfully under warranty) and change it out for us. Highly recommend, ESPECIALLY over Joe Hudson a few doors down. Worst 2mo+ experience with any business. And Calibur didnt lose any vehicle parts!!!
Update jan 21, 2026. This time the communication wasnt great towards the end. Went to pick up, but had to leave it another day because the tech didnt check everything after reassembly.”

“We took my dad's truck to be looked at after going to other locations that gave us terrible customer service. After maybe 30 min we decided this shop would do the work. They answered and gave us the customer exactly what we walked in and asked for no questions asked. Other placed only cared about insurance info. Morales Paint & Body finished the work in less than a week and looks perfect. I would highly recommended them and they are a local business. I will be using them again for my other cars that need a paint job.”

“Repaired cosmetic damage to left front fender of little used/previously unblemished 2008 Cadillac SRX. Owner damaged LF fender backing car off lift in his garage. Advised shop manager Wendell Osborn that I required the repair to show no signs that it had ever been damaged. I was totally satisfied/impressed with the repair. There is absolutely no sign that it had been damaged. this was the 2nd time I have Eddie Siler’s business do a repair for me. And both times, the business

“I ran over a deer, well in ran into me? Had to file a claim with auto insurance. They gave me several choices, but said that Joe Hudson Repair is who they deal with the most. So glad I went with this place. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. They made you feel important more than just another number walking through their door. The tech was very informative and kept us updated in the repair process. Even people we did not deal with, in passing said hello...how are you. Their receptionist was kind and explained the process and paperwork. Highly recommended this place for you repair needs. On pricing , we had a claim so I can't comment on their fees. But , they will be well worth it if you pay out of pocket.”
