“Victory Lane Automotive is truly a family owned and operated business. Anthony and Ramon were amazing at getting the answers I needed and waiting there for my husband to come pick me up. They do offer a ride share service from the magnificent Rachel, but I was too close to closing time to get to ride with her this time around. (I usually use the ride share service because…life). They got my car on the schedule fast and even asked for the best times to contact me so they wouldn’t interrupt me teaching in class. It’s always an amazing experience here!”

“Transmission failure is an expensive nightmare. Industry labor rates are high now and all shops mark up their parts costs to some degree, just to pay their bills and remain viable...but there is markup and their is MARKUP. Richard's price was suitable but not excessive. He clearly explained what should happen with my transmission replacement, before patiently answering all of my questions. His Service Writer, Katherine, kept me updated on the progress. Though I hope I don't need any service soon, I will be a repeat customer at this shop.”

“This Take 5 location is always very quick and I feel like they care about my cars. I trust them with my rare low mileage vehicle and my three other daily drivers. “Just had my oil changed. I went during the day knowing they probably wouldn't be busy. I was right. Had to wait for them to finish the car already in the bay, but even including that wait, 20 minutes in and out. Highly recommend. Just know it's probably busier on Saturdays.”
