Family Dollar has a nice variety of everything that you need for your home, kitchen, office or for yourself. This store is kept clean too! I hadn't been to one of these in such a long time. “So I spend a fair amount of time in dollar stores because while sometimes the bargains are not actually the deal you bargained for, I just like the overall feel of most of them. Dollar General isn’t favorite. Every time I see one I haven’t been in before, I have to go in. Anyway, I’ve been to this one many times before and while I’ve always had pretty good experiences with the employees in all of them, today one of the employees was kind to me in a way I really needed and you don’t see much of anymore. I’m really struggling financially right now, every day is a fight to have shelter, food…well I was short on my bill and instead of voiding everything out or looking down on me, she just covered the difference out of her pocket.To her and to whoever might read this…you might think little stuff like that doesn’t matter much but I can tell you, when you’re trying to do the right stuff but it seems like everything is still going wrong, when you’re hungry and you feel ashamed because you can’t seem to get it together like other people have, and when you really just need somebody to just be a little nice to you…and somebody blesses you like that…yeah, it matters. You never know…one small gesture might be what keeps somebody hanging onto hope, however threadbare it feels to them.So thank you for being nice to me today, Kind cashier from DG, please know it made all the difference cuz I really needed it.Also this store is always very clean, pretty well stocked and checkout is not too slow, relative to the lines in most dollar stores. “This store location is not easily visible from the main road. This shopping strip is right across from HEB shopping strip. The store is well stock with lots of variety of product. I always look at the clearance sections to find the bargain. The store is old, but the product selections made up for it. You always find great deals at all Big Lots!”

This store does have a ton of stuff, and surprisingly can fit the $5-$10 items. We like this store, and the holiday stuff are great deals for $1.25 each. We are going back for sure, and we liked our experience here.”

“The store was pretty busy their frozen section was bare items were different prices down different isles but the staff were friendly the only thing I really didn't appreciate was carrying the bags after I spent 56.oo in heaven cleaning fluids and household items the carts couldn't leave the building. “Nice staff as I said before, however, I would ask you to verify the prices you are being charged at the register compared to what price is shown on the shelf. On several occasions I was charged a different price than was shown for items on their shelf price tag. One time it was because the count per box was different and they didn't sell the item listed on the price tag in the quantity shown. Then today same item, new price tag on the shelf and the item scanned for $.25 more. I showed them a photo I snapped of the price on the shelf but they didn't believe me. They went and looked and came back and corrected my price on the items I bought. I am not saying anything other than double check that you are charged the same price as what they listing it for.”

As most places in the area employee staffing seems to be an issue. I say this because at every visit store is disheveled and in the process of stocking more goods. Typically the cashier is stocking shelves in the store and running back and forth to ring up customers. Shout out to the store employees for making it happen.”
