“Two weeks ago my husband and I went to this store looking for a nook breakfast and while doing the tour around the store, Mrs. Linda welcomed us in a very friendly and professional manner, we began to dialogue in English and we both quickly realized that we speak Spanish, so everything from then on was in Spanish five stars for this. However, the idea of buying the breakfast nook remained in the past because I fell in love with a beautiful king bedroom set and my husband and I finalized the purchase with the bedroom set. During this process, Ms. Linda introduced us to Mr. Adrian who, with great kindness, professionalism and a lot of patience, offered us 100-star service. From the purchase process and procedures to the help and delivery of our bedroom set because there were some setbacks and he with great diligence and empathy helped us to such a level that he personally came to our home to make sure that we were satisfied with everything. from the furniture to the service. Furthermore, his help and guidance extended beyond what my husband and I could have expected. I mean it exceeded any expectations, my husband and I are very grateful to the staff of this store located on Pat Brooker. “My family and I walked in and were immediately greeted by Jason, after talking to him for a few minutes he immediately knew what we were searching for! Then we were approached by store manager Jessica who talked us through all the differences of mattresses and adjustable bases! I feel like she was very honest with the information that she gave us, she helped us make an informed decision and we are very happy and exited to try our new mattress and adjustable frame! “Awesome experience. John the sales rep took his time with us and let us try different styles. I’m sooo picky I thought he would lose patience with me. I kept jumping from one couch to another. At the end of the day I still hadn’t decided. John did not pressure us one bit as most pushy salesman do. He basically said if we needed to think about we could and let him know. He gave us options on payment plans which was awesome. Needless to say we slept on it and the next morning we drove back to the store and bought our brand new reclining living room set and it was delivered the same day. We absolutely love it!!! Thanks John for taking time and care with us. Plus the delivery guy Jeff was very friendly and caring and asked us where we would like it placed and moved it wherever we wanted. . We will definitely come back when ready to purchase a new mattress. We will recommend them to others.”
“Milton at the store was outstanding and full of knowledge. He was thorough and asked many questions to help narrow down our choices. Our beds were delivered in a week. The 2 delivery guys were also outstanding. I was greeted with an upbeat attitude and was immediately asked if shoe covers were needed. Both were knowledgeable and personable. Restaurants and shops nearby.Check in was quick, the room we had was great size with a good bed, a sofa, a great pressure shower and usual amenities.The room was also quiet even though on the ground floor. There is an indoor pool.Breakfast was very good and plenty!”
