“I recently had a frustrating experience at Home Depot while searching for screws. The store felt chaotic, and despite wandering the aisles for what felt like ages, I couldn't find the specific screws I needed. I tried to flag down an employee for assistance, but it seemed like everyone was too busy or simply unavailable. I ended up feeling lost and ignored, which added to my frustration.
In stark contrast, my visit to Ace Hardware was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff eager to help. They quickly guided me to the screws I needed, and even offered suggestions based on my project. The personal attention made all the difference, turning what could have been another tedious errand into a pleasant shopping experience.
Overall, my trip to Home Depot left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, while Ace Hardware proved to be a welcoming and helpful alternative. I’ll definitely think twice before returning to Home Depot for my hardware needs.”
“First time visitor today. The swivel hinge on my cabinet broke this morning so I Google searched for "real" cabinet hardware. I brought my cheap, broken hinge with me to B&B. I had dozens of questions. I saw first-hand why my old hinge was thin, brittle, and stamped. It was a custom cabinet, too. No wonder why it broke.B&B had a replacement hinge that was heavy, solid, and REAL. And I was shocked that his hinge was $4. CRAZY!Brian taught me in detail how to repair, install, and adjust.I ended up browsing for nearly an hour and asking questions. Brian was helpful... like old school mom-and-pop shops used to be. Thank you for your expertise and helpfulness. GREAT STORE!I'll be getting all my hardware and project tools from them.”

“Place was freaking awesome. I purchased a metabo siding nailer and nails from Andrew. Went back on Monday bought different nails for same gun. Had best price. By overhearing other conversations, all the guys know the business. They also repaired a Bostitch frame gun. Ready the same day. They repaired frame gun, about 15 year's ago. Damn good technical department. Will shop there again. All kinds of name brand tools. You can go there and get proper service!!! Not like big box stores..???”

“The men in the service department took my pressure washer in for repairs. They were very helpful & very nice. I really appreciate the way they handled my situation. I’ve had them repair another washer in the past did a great job. Still running like new.
