“I recently bought a home and needed some touch-up paint. I made the mistake of trying to color match through Home Depot and then got the runaround trying to get the correct info from my painter and builder. I visited several stores that claimed to be PPG dealers, but none could actually help me.
When I finally found the PPG store in Universal City, it was a complete breath of fresh air. The woman and gentleman who helped me (I wish I had caught their names…both were veterans—Army and Air Force) were incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through everything, made sure I got exactly what I needed, and even went above and beyond to educate me about the products.
They got me on my way quickly, without making me feel rushed or burdensome.
I told them while I was there—and I meant it—I won’t be buying paint anywhere else.
