“I'd like to share my experience at the store. On November 27, 2024, we stop around noon. There was this really nice people working there of that day, especially the young man. He was Offering like more store products that we really need for like our food like bottle of hot sauce and stuff. I mean him and the other lady they are one of those people that you never see around any other or convenience store before. They really make us feel welcome to their store.

“Clean toilets, excellent range of snacks, appreciated the fresh fruit pots kept icy cold at the front door. Showers and other amenities available, lots of less common American snacks and unusual flavors. Definitely one of the best stops between Santa Fe and Amarillo if you can’t make a Buck-ees”

“Great restored old gas station in Vega. It is the two story model from the 1920s/30s where the owners slept upstairs and the station was downstairs.
Only one old gravity feed pump on the premises and looking through the windows one can see old oil cans and such.
No sign that it is open to the public or will be in business as a souvenir shop or anything. But glad just the same to see it still standing in one piece.”
