I visited H & M on a Saturday morning, a few minutes after they opened. One of my tires had a nail. As soon as I arrived, after I explained the problem, they immediately went to work. “Not a large selection of new tires but a good selection of used tires at fair prices. I had thrown a weight off one of the front tires on my truck, causing it to shake violently. Asked them to check balance, noticed that there was a large amount of weights being used to balance them. They were nice enough to break them down reposition the tire remove the unsightly weights from the outside of my mirror polished Chrome mags rebalance them mount them back on my truck at the proper torque checked the air pressure in my other 4 tires without me asking. 20 minutes $20 I was on my way.”
“I've been dealing with Texas Tire for a long time. They've been great in the past. Last week it was finally time for some new tires on my Jeep Wrangler. Their new location is beautiful! I was helped by a gentleman named Dooly (sorry if I misspelled). He was extremely helpful in every aspect of my purchase! I didn't have the Jeep with me at the time and asked if I could have them put on in a few days. "No problem". I called them on a Sunday, expecting to schedule a time the next week. They told me "bring it up"! I was told it would probably take three hours. Great! By the time I got home, I received a phone call saying the Jeep was done. It was under ONE HOUR!!! Might not seem to far fetched, but we're talking about four 37x13.50r18's!!! My last experience was unbelievable, and I thank them! 11 out of 10! Go see these guys!”
