“I am giving this Sams 5 because of Lina that works in the grill. I was greeted with a nice smile and how can I help you. I asked for her to put the hot dog I ordered into the pizza oven half way so I could have a HOT dog and a crispy bun. Lyna didn't hesitate for 2 seconds "I have never done but sure" . It might be against Sam's policy who knows I am guessing it might be because the other lady did not seem happy she was doing it. This might be the only time I get a toasted bun but I will not forget Lina thanks for making my day!”
“Bought Kodi cooler from the H-E-B plus in Victoria Texas last year for my husband's birthday. We live near the beach so so we would use the cooler often. the zipper broke so we came back to Victoria to return it. Kodi is coolers have a lifetime warranty. Needless to say I did not have a receipt after a year but the ladies at the service desk were awesome. I walked out with my new cooler within 10 minutes. I wish all stores were that easy to deal with.”

“I have never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is always friendly and makes conversation at the counter. It’s nice to have some small talk and not have an awkward silence. Only small complaint I have is that they don’t have a person there making breakfast tacos anymore. Truly a first world problem.”

The store is extremely busy and you held yourself with composure and that impressed me to the point I asked your name. I am a customer who likes to get in and get out as quickly as possible. I go in with the list and know where I’m going today we had some minor hiccups, but you quickly came to my rescue and got me out as soon as you could thank you and thank you for being a great representation of customer service at H-E-B. “Cracker Barrel Gas station has been around since I was a child. We live in Crestwood when we were Young and my mother had to walk to the store so she would walk to cracker barrel for her odds and ends....they would special order just for her..... Going above and beyond to make customers satisfied.”

“They had the best burritos and sausage on stick. We used to get the burritos at Speedy Stop but lately they change the burrito from meat to plain dull bean and cheese. So my husband remembered about Conoco's sausage and burritos. Love it!!”

“This is a good place. Nice and clean, decent size, but not too big. Other places, you’re overwhelmed by scores of fuel pumps, but not here. Also, unlike the beaver, there’s an area where big trucks can park.”

“We we're heading to Katy, and needed a place to stop. We decided to check out a the Texan. The gas station looked pretty new, and gas reasonably priced. Got inside and was amazing with the interior and the clean restrooms. Plenty of food and drinks, we looked around and decided to eat. I ordered a sandwich it was delicious. The sandwich was pretty massive with lots of ham and turkey. I definitely could have shared it with someone else. The service was fast and the service was great. I liked that they had an assortment of different tea flavors! Next time traveling, will definitely stop and eat at this establishment again.”
“John and especially Ty in the fish department were exceptionally helpful today! My husband is the grocery buyer in our household and I was new to the fish counter, and they went out of their way to educate me. Ty even took the time to show me his favorite way to make salmon and I made sure to take notes. He then walked me over to some seasonings he recommended. They were such a pleasure to interact with and I’ll definitely be back!”

“Stop here almost daily.Its like a Bucees only better because they allow rigs to park and fuel there.Its not real big but it is big enough.It even has a dining area.They are building a new one on US59 right by the loop.Really good spot.When that one is built it will be my new daily stop.”

“Never heard of this place before until I was driving past it. Different theme, but basically, another Bucee’s gas store that sells similar merchandises. There are some things that are different like their food items, drinks, etc. It’s like going to Sams Club and Costco, both similar, but different. They have their own mascot emblem, cheap gas, bakery, and hot/cold food area. I did notice that they have a dining area which I think was very convenient for those who want to just relax and eat before driving again. Overall, like Bucees, it’s a bit pricey so if you don’t pay attention to what you’re buying, you’ll end up buying $60-$100s worth of snacks lol.Pretty large parking lot. Lots of clean restrooms.”
