“I would rate 10 stars if I could! I came in looking for some Gianni Bini platform sandals. As I had tried some on in one of the SA locations but had had a terrible experience. I was helped by Katelynn and she knocked it out of the park! She apologized multiple times for how I was treated at the other location and brought me the size I wasn't permitted to try at the north star mall location. And they fit perfectly! They aren't the exact ones I came in looking for as they dont carry them instore but she did offer to order them for me. I am beyond happy with my new wedding shoes! And I greatly appreciate Katelynn taking care of me!”

“I miss this store. The first location used to be open in Towson, Maryland, & then the 2nd location opened in Baltimore city. Ive never been to this location however, the owner of 9/10 is responsible for peaking my interest in sneakers back in 2016. To this day, 9/10 is still one the best sneaker stores In the country (service wise & culturally). I’d like to say thank you for being one of the og pioneers within the Baltimore sneaker community, and having a positive impact on our culture overall. I hope yall are thriving in Texas 🙏🏽….and I’ll make it down soon one day 💯.”
