I got to try on up to 8 clothing pieces in the dressing room which is nice! the lady working the dressing room area yesterday afternoon was super sweet, patient, and fast regardless of the amount of people coming in and out! line was very long to pay but moved fast. the cashier was super sweet and he worked fast as well. will definitely be stopping by more for deals and quick service.”

No lines and she does with kindness! Spot award needed for the way she carries the JC Penny brand /image of terrific customer service! While we were leaving, another lady heard i was getting her name to leave a review and she agreed she wanted to do the same! That's what you call customer service!

“Marissa and Amanda were paradigms of customer service. Amanda asked me twice if i needed help and then proceeded to help me find the exact items i was looking for. She maintains first name basis with lots of her customers, which speaks volumes.
Marissa was just as helpful and empathetic. Not only was she very personable and accomodating, she found the correct price on two items for us, resulting in a much more digestable receipt. And suggested to me the candy that she enjoys (if you dont know tractor supply candy youre missing out). Couldnt ask for better people to work there.”
“I am new to Victoria & I love this Walmart! Several members of staff, especially an employee named Daniel, were so helpful to me. When I first got in town I had to get so many things and since I deal with a disability it’s tough for me going to the store alone and surprisingly things went really well and we’re not too difficult because everyone was so helpful.”
“I would rate 10 stars if I could! I came in looking for some Gianni Bini platform sandals. As I had tried some on in one of the SA locations but had had a terrible experience. I was helped by Katelynn and she knocked it out of the park! She apologized multiple times for how I was treated at the other location and brought me the size I wasn't permitted to try at the north star mall location. And they fit perfectly! They aren't the exact ones I came in looking for as they dont carry them instore but she did offer to order them for me. I am beyond happy with my new wedding shoes! And I greatly appreciate Katelynn taking care of me!”
