“The place is great, the staff is friendly although there was only one cashier and the dressing room was closed since there wasn't enough staff (a management/company issue- I'm not sure). Just be patient and courteous as a customer.”

Yes, I've ordered online before rating and ten for sure, but went thru exception cashier this time.
That is beyond exceptional in my mind.

“I haven’t been to a Dillard’s in years and it took a minute to realize the men’s department was actually its own store and separate from the main building.
Despite the fact they don’t “man” the departments like they used to, I was asked numerous times if I needed help. General and polite injuries and then I was left alone to shop. Thank you for offering assistance and respecting my desire to browse. That’s a lost art.
