“I am giving 5 stars because of Bailey and her amazing help with my daughter. She did an amazing job helping and finding clothes. We had fun laughing and making jokes. Bailey keep everything very professional and would say “okay I have to lock in.” I hope I didn’t get you in trouble with joking with us. Everyone else seemed to be robotic and I believe a work place should be fun with crossing a professional boundary. That’s what keep customers engaged and possibly spend more money. Of course that’s just my opinion and what I have seen the few times I have been in there. Maybe I have missed out on the fun parts. I’m sad Bailey is leaving but she is Destin for bigger and better things in life. Thank you!!!!”

“Johanna in returns/exchange is very nice ,pleasant and helped me with a return, then we walked around store and bought a different kind. We appreciate Johanna patience and quick check out! No lines and she does with kindness! Spot award needed for the way she carries the JC Penny brand /image of terrific customer service! While we were leaving, another lady heard i was getting her name to leave a review and she agreed she wanted to do the same! That's what you call customer service!
Store had everything as advertised for Black Friday, the associates had the store organized and was very neat and clean!”

“The place is great, the staff is friendly although there was only one cashier and the dressing room was closed since there wasn't enough staff (a management/company issue- I'm not sure). Just be patient and courteous as a customer.”

“I haven’t been to a Dillard’s in years and it took a minute to realize the men’s department was actually its own store and separate from the main building.
Despite the fact they don’t “man” the departments like they used to, I was asked numerous times if I needed help. General and polite injuries and then I was left alone to shop. Thank you for offering assistance and respecting my desire to browse. That’s a lost art.
