“I purchased a battery from another company (Autozone). AFTER the purchase went through, they decided to tell me they couldn't install the battery. I had to ask them to at least jump my truck. I called Interstate and explained the situation to see if they would install the battery I had already purchased. I think Jeff is who I spoke with. He said they would take care of it for a $25 service charge which was well worth it to me as I was decently stressed at this point. Charlie and Jeff swapped the battery out for me. They were very polite, took care if it quickly, and had no problems helping even though I bought the battery from a competitor. I really appreciate them.”
