The Hampton Inn Waco provides a solid hotel option for visitors to the area, with clean and spacious rooms, a good standard breakfast, and a convenient location near the interstate and local attractions. While the hotel may be a bit dated, the rooms are well-maintained, with comfortable beds and functioning amenities like WiFi and TV. The hotel staff is generally described as friendly and helpful, though there were a few issues reported with the front desk, including an inexperienced employee who struggled with check-in for a rewards member. Housekeeping was a mixed bag, with reports of staff entering rooms without knocking, but also of the rooms being clean. The hotel's location is cited as a positive, with easy access to the interstate and nearby points of interest like the Magnolia Market, Dr Pepper Museum, and Baylor University. The breakfast offerings get good reviews, with a nice variety of options. The outdoor pool is available, though not all guests took advantage. Overall, the Hampton Inn Waco seems to provide a reliable, if unspectacular, hotel experience. While there were a few service hiccups reported, the clean rooms, solid amenities, and convenient location make it a suitable choice for travelers to the Waco area.
A little out dated but clean and nice. The house cleaning staff walked in whi out knocking and we were told by the girl working the front desk to either we could deal with it or leave. Very rude. Would not give us a contact number for the manager or call a manager. Parking lot was very nasty

Room was very nice and clean. Getting room service to bring what we needed, pick up trash or dirty towels was give and take. They did not restock very well. Breakfast had a good variety and was delicious each day. Front desk staff was helpful and accomidating.
