“I called the number left in a message to me telling me that my payment did not go through and was pleasantly surprised that I was not put on hold or asked to pick a number, I was not directed anywhere. Trenton answered the phone and I let him know why I called, gave him my card number. It took a matter of minutes and it was sooo not stressful. Trenton was pleasant and patient. In fact I hung up and called back and let Trenton how happy I was to have talked to a human being. It is a lovely clean, safe storage place not unlike many other storage places, but the customer service is what makes this storage place best.”

“Francine was a huge help. I was thinking about getting a unit at a different company, since my previous call ended with no help. The previous representative had instructed me to go and do everything online, even though this was my first call to set up my storage unit. The person who I had spoken with last week, and with whom I had set up a reservation with, had asked me to call back and make a payment. I desired to try one more time, since the previous representative had refused to help. I’m glad I did. Francine was awesome- patient, kind, and respectful. She’s a keeper!”
“Super easy to rent a unit online and start putting stuff in the same day. They even provide a lock for you, which I thought was super convenient. Love that they close access to the property at 9pm for safety. Never had any issues here and overall a pretty stress free experience. Great place.”

I paid so much more in San Antonio for the same sized unit and the late fees were ridiculous and during Covid really killed me and the owner wasn’t as nice as Allison. If I knew more people here in Waco I would definitely tell them to only use Pioneer Stor & Lok.”
