When I initially rented with Ideal, I called and got prices on units and she followed up with me when the units I needed became available, in a world where communication is non-existent or lacking, at best. I waited until after hours to get something from my unit and Brandy went out of her way to make herself available to accommodate my ignorance. Self storage should be simple and seamless, hiding in the background, which has been my experience with Ideal Self Storage on New Road, right on par with how storage unit rentals should be, but Brandy puts an unthought of customer service stamp on it, which would make me hesitant to rent elsewhere.”

“Hot there's no kind if air flow in the building it was so hot I keep felling like I could not stay awake so I didn't stay long for safety reasons there needs to be some kind of air flow if I would have passed out and was that hot alone would not have no been a good thing no way to get a hold of any one bit I have had very good customer service for the most part its clean then have on site restrooms that are very clean and well plentished”

“Petrona was very helpful & answered all my transferring to bigger unit questions patiently! The facility is clean & the upstairs has lights that are motion sensors that you have to activate if you are in your unit for over 15 min.Downstairs is a bit more expensive but has timers that you can make lights stay in for 30 minutes.”
