“My podiatrist recommended a brand of insoles that are carried by Waco Running Company, so I went by to pick up a pair. While there, I met Nick and after learning they consult for a great pair of walking or running shoes, even scanning your feet to see what would work best for you. I wound up getting fitted by Nick, who is truly the most attentive, thoughtful and knowledgeable employee I have ever met. He loves his job! I would recommend this company for their service, attention to detail and expertise if you’re needing a great fit.”

    4.8 Superb 38 reviews

“What an amazing experience. My husband and I promised our son a new bat if he made the little league All-Star team at the end of this season. We scoured the Internet and all of Texas looking for the Soldier Tank 2 USA bat in the smallest size (27/17) and had no luck. This is the bat that my seven year-old had his mind made up on because of the Bat Bros videos. Our little one truly worked so hard all season and we wanted to keep our promise. We are so proud of what he accomplished and how much he grew throughout the season. I mean, between my Husband and myself we probably spent a total of six hours looking, website after website… And then I FINALLY stumbled upon Triple S Sports. Not only did they have my son‘s dream bat in stock, but I purchased it on their website at 12:45 PM on Wednesday and it was already being shipped by 6 PM that night. It arrived on my doorstep at 8:50 PM the following day with free shipping. Even Amazon isn’t that fast! I am so blown away with how quick it got here and that they seem to be the only sporting store in the country to have this bat in stock in our babies size! Thank you again Triple S Sports! We will gladly give you our business again! (I got him up out of bed when the bat arrived because he was so excited! 💙⚾🧢)”

Best customer service rep that I have spoken to in years (all other business included!) I also spoke with his manager, Penny Lane, who had great customer service skills, too! I also gave kudos to Cabella's since their name brands are all still made in the USA!!! Keep up the great job!”

“I love browsing in actual stores, it's way better than staring at a screen all day. There's usually so much to see and touch, which is a huge plus in my book. It's a bummer when they don't have everything you need, though. Seriously, I went looking for swimwear the other day and they didn't have any! That totally sucks, and I ended up having to order online.”

We were able to find one pair but when they didn’t have the size we needed for a second pair (and it was also sold out online) she took the time to write down every bit of information so we could find the show at other retailers. Val made our day and we will be back to Hibbetts in Waco again.”
