“I am here to write a nice review about one of the employees at the Waller location. When I walked in, I was on the verge of having a meltdown (good ole’ Southern hiss fit.) I had went in to the branch in search of one of my old First National Bank Tellers, whom know me and I’m comfortable with. Apparently after the two acquisitions they’ve moved on. Liz, however, took the time to listen, was empathetic and tried to help with my issue. She was extremely kind and welcoming and ergo, she wasn’t able to solve the issue (I was given misinformation by a telephone banker yesterday) I appreciated the excellent customer service. I’m not big on huge corporate banks but I’m going to give Huntington a chance even though it was not by choice. My experience today did give me a glimmer of hope that I may not have to start over at another bank.”
