“Decent prices on gas. All the windshield squeegees are aged and broken, though. They keep the cleaner fresh but it is pointless when out of all the pumps there is only one squeegee and it is damaged and almost unusable.inside mart is clean and well stocked. Staff is friendly.”

“Today I not only want to give 5 stars for Chase Bank, but especially for Miss Blanca Lopez. Their treatment was incredibly good and I can safely say that I am a pleased customer. For a month now I have had problems with my Chase account, and even though I received very good treatment at other branches I was always left with the feeling that something needed to be done, because my problem was still unresolved. Today I wanted to try my luck once again, and Miss Lopez was understanding and cordial with my situation. He literally did EVERYTHING that could have been done on his part, even though it took up a full hour of his time. Given the situation, she offered to finish the entire process herself so as not to make me wait unnecessarily longer and she did so. He stayed in communication with me and everything seems to indicate that this time everything will be resolved. However, I have to say that even if it is still not resolved, I was very happy to have received such careful attention. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.”

“This Bank of America location in Magnolia was not my first choice to visit seeing as the one on W. Davis in Conroe was considerably closer to the courthouse, being just a mere Uncle Rico's football toss across 45 from downtown Conroe rather than several exits away down 45 as this one is. Nevertheless, this is the Bank of America outpost you go to when you need to get stuff hashtag done and have a good experience getting said stuff done. Ryan Mayworn was the initial customer service bank person at this location who helped us. Ryan was amazing from start to finish. In my line of work I frequently have to deal with banks (mostly the Chase gold dome line) and I actually never had a noteworthy positive experience with anyone at any bank ever until I came across Ryan. He was compassionate, offered useful suggestions, and was highly effective getting estate things figured out across multiple accounts in one afternoon marathon sesh. So I have plenty of good things to say about Ryan who was my hidden gem for all things BOA related for about two weeks. Unfortunately BOA had already noticed Ryan putting in work and promoted him to the Merrill Lynch side of the business so he no longer works on the consumer banking stuff at this outpost as of mid-March. When you find someone so effective and absolutely pleasant you want them to stay in their job forever so you never need to deal with anyone else; but he definitely deserved a promotion so we can all be happy he got noticed and the Merrill Lynch side will definitely benefit. Emojis don't show up in yelp reviews so it's between me and the NSA how many heart-eyes emojis I just typed here. Ryan's replacement is Traci. She understood there were big shoes to fill in this role, and she has been just as nice to deal with as Ryan. This branch location hires well; the one on W. Davis could learn several things from this location. There are only three BOAs in this whole country area unless you want to head back into Houston proper or up into Huntsville for some "just cuz it is Tuesday" reason. The first location on W. Davis earned their dour one star yelp review. This was the second closest to downtown Conroe so I am glad I was able to get things done here and not need to continue driving additional exits down 45 to the third location. Take my five stars because no other bank experience has been in the same league.”
