“Both Cypress locations have been excellent to work with. Banking here for three years. Checking and savings accounts. HEBs and 7/11s all have Frost ATMs - and they have full service ATMs at the banking locations. Excellent cash transactions and withdrawals. Employees have always been attentive. Not all bank employees are perfect all the time. But the service is 1000% bigger than big banks.”

“I love the people at this bank branch! They are always so helpful, friendly and when I leave I feel good that my money is at this branch! Any problems I’ve had have been quickly resolved and they always help in any way possible. Yesterday I went in because I needed to update my cd and while there I asked Luis Razo about an issue I was having with a company and he explained what the bank could do about it, and took care of it for me. Then he also introduced me to the branch manager who was also extremely nice and welcoming! If I was a big account holder I think I would be expecting that, but considering that I am a retired, small account, and they treated me like I had a million dollars in their branch, I just left feeling like I am just as important! Love this bank and definitely this branch. My branch is on the corner of Louetta and Eldridge! Great people!”

“I came into this branch this afternoon and had a great experience. I had recently closed out my long term account at Chase, after 20 years because they wouldn't budge on an issue.
I came to Wells Fargo and was greeted immediately with a friendly representative that asked how they could help me. I explained that I wanted to open a new account and she was happy to help me. Everyone was super helpful explaining all the different banking services to me and making sure I had the right one. In fact one of the managers, I think her name was Cindy came by and personally thanked me for opening an account with WF and if I needed anything to let her know.”

“After an absolutely horrendous experience at another branch, I drove across town to this branch (my siblings and I live all around Houston and had to open an account together). Our experience here could not have been more different. Mark was absolutely amazing. Not only was he very knowledgable and competent at setting up the account, but he also was able to advise us and explain little details that we might need to know in the future. This kind of stellar customer support is why we initially became Wells Fargo customers. Now they just need to clone him and send one down to the south side!”

“I have to come here for work and I usually don't have a problem. Just don't get bank teller Chelsea. She didn't give me the right change back before making the deposit, so I had to place some of my own money inside our company tilt. I wasn't happy about that, it wasn't that much. But still not happy about it, and as she is doing this, she admits she's not very good at counti. Thatat should have been a red flag for me. But overall, this seems to be a great chase bank to come, too. ::UPDATE: and after talking to both Alexis and Olga. They seem to have a different opinion on presenting a deposit slip but making change from it, beforehand. Alexis is saying that you can make a deposit with more money then the deposit slip says, you just have to make aware that there's more money to be deposited on the slip. Which to me doesn't make since. Olga states if that ever happens again. Talk to the manager because at the end of the day, our money is going to be off. I agree with Olga on this.”
