“When it comes to choosing a car mechanic, I’m looking for two qualities: competence and integrity. Rafał from Royal Motors has plenty of both.
He has recently fixed an issue likely caused by another shop’s lack of attention to detail. He previously fixed my son’s car for fraction of a price quoted by a dealer.
I’ve seen him helping a young driver with some minor adjustments (still taking about 20min of his time) and not charging him for any of his work.
Verify friendly, giving you honest and overview of urgent and not so urgent repairs.
