“I dropped my iPhone this morning while getting out of the car and cracked the screen. I took it here to get the screen replaced. The gentleman there was very courteous and explained what was goingn to happen. Within 20-25 minutes he replaced the screen and my iPhone is working again. I highly recommend this location.”

“Met Lloyd awesome guy and fast at work. Highly recommend, Fixed my ultra with ordering parts and fixing it in hrs .. other shops around asked for days to recieve and fix. Also he was $50 to $100 CHEAPER. I'm writing this a week later not one issue has been found.”

“Lifesaver!! My husband's iPhone fell off the back of his truck at Buc-ee's at 35W access road. Someone flagged us down and told us. We circled back and got the SOS crash notification on family's phones. It got run over. Had a Defender case and screen protector. Att said to take it here for repair. 3:45pm on a Sunday. She was super helpful. Said she would do her best. 50/50 chance. We showed up at 4:45 and she was wrapping up. SHE FIXED IT!! She is so sweet too!!”

“I don’t remember the employees name but my husband and I came into this store on 1/10/25 to replace my husband phone that broke. This employee went way beyond the normal customer service. There was a problem with the switching of his phone number but in the end she went way beyond what she had to do to make sure everything was resolved and worked out! I will find out tomorrow her name bc she did an awesome job!”

“I read the reviews before I came here, and called before I headed over there and on the phone I forgot who I talked to but she was really friendly and really helpful and then I went in and it was a totally different experience than the negative comments I read in the reviews. I met with the same lady I talked to on the phone with she was very nice very very helpful I still have to go back and get a phone because I couldn't get the cash but she even gave me a charger before I left because I told her what was happening with my phone and I'm sure that charger wasn't cheap it's like a turbocharger. And I was going to write a good review before she even gave me the charger and that just topped everything off and now my phone is working perfectly after I tried multiple chargers this is the only one that would charge it and she gave it to me free of charge. I'm definitely coming here for all my T-Mobile needs while I'm in fort Worth. I studied the place while I was in there different employees working with different customers and everyone was really chill and seemed very helpful I didn't see one aggravated customer, and I did ask about the reviews and even mentioned that this place is a lot better than some of these reviews made it out to be and come to find out one of the really long bad reviews on here somebody put down and it wasn't even this isn't even the right store they wrote a wrong review for this store thinking it was the another store but I highly recommend this place for your customer service.”
