“My wife and I went to the store yesterday to upgrade a phone. We were fortunate enough to be helped by Jack. First and foremost, Jack reviewed our account to see if he could save us money. After a review we learned we could save a substantial amount of money and increase our service coverages. We ended up purchasing several items. Jack took the time to explain each of the pros and cons of each device and did not try to up-sale us. We enjoyed Jack’s customer service so much we went back to the store today to get another device. If you are looking for a pressure free, friendly, enjoyable experience and need a new or upgraded device, I recommend you go see Jack.”

“This store went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted and the same plan that I had. Other metro stores didn't seem to care. I recommend this store for a better experience if u have needs that require you to go in-store. Great attitudes ...positive atmosphere”

“I had never been to a Super Target. Whoa this is big!!! So cool! So many drive up space. Wish we had one of these back home as it has a big wine section, Ulta, lots of produce and overall a great shopping experience. Customer service was great. Linda was the sweetest lady!”

“Kamish (not sure about spelling) solved our problem, finally! I spent hours over the course of a week with customer support trying to figure out why the phone SIM card would not sync to the network. Kamish was able to do an “upgrade” in the system ($27) with our existing phone and with a new SIM card. Took about 30 minutes. This all occurred due to using an eSIM card for international travel and swapping back to using the physical SIM. I would highly suggest if you travel abroad, just buy a burner phone with data and voice in that country. Also, the customer support team needs more training and they need to have reference numbers for the call. I’m surprised that all they have are internal notes about the call but no follow up emails. That’s not good. I had to call every time and get the same procedures. Check the IMEI, ICCID, updated iOS, reset network settings. At least billing department sent me a ticket number when I requested refund for the eSIM cards that provided no coverage in Costa Rica. For now I’m satisfied with the outcome. But overall, Boost won’t have me as a customer for much longer.”

“I initially set up an appointment to have a SIM card replaced at another store but decided to come to this location due to the production of my home. This was a neat and clean store and a lot of Team Members to assist.... If you have an appointment. There are a lot of nice things about having an appointment style system to help customers but for minor issues like SIM card swaps, it seems a tad much.Aside from that, the manager of the store did take the time to help me and recognized my situation was an easy fix and took care of me right away.”
