“5 Star Review for Justin at Sun & Ski's Bike Department.I recently bought a bike online (not from Sun & Ski) and had an issue after assembling it. I gave them a call to make sure I could bring a bike in for service that wasn't purchased there, and Justin told me that was no problem at all.When I got to the shop, Justin greeted me and provided great service immediately...no wait at all! While my needs weren't the most complicated, Justin took the time to give me tips/advice on my new bike. I was very happy he wanted to inform me about some things I may not yet know as a fairly new rider. I did not ask him any specific questions, he just told me the information he felt important as it came to him. I am very appreciative of your helpful and positive attitude, Justin. He even checked on and adjusted some simple components that I didn't come in for, which again I am extremely grateful.So if you need bike service, or if you need a new bike assembled and/or setup, the guys here will gladly help you out.A+ service and attention to detail. It's absolutely ridiculous yall will let someone buy 15-20 things for climbing and yall expect them to carry it all to their car. That's so stupid of yall and yall haven't had bags the last 4 times I have came in. Imma start ringing up all the things and asking about a bag then if yall don't have one I'll just leave. Imma do it every week and yall will have to put up so much unnecessary things that would have sold if you just had a bag.”

“Other than the person at the door, told me to get in ANY checkout lane, and they could help me but after 10 minutes and getting to cashier she informed me the Order Pickup was the line just in front of the cashiers, which I got in and waited 10 more minutes but in all considering I was in and out in less than 30 minutes the day after Christmas I'm HAPPY, the way I look at it if you don't have an hour to kill DON'T go in a store this time of year!!!”

The encounter felt cold and like “there’s nothing that can be done” because the return item was a final sale product. I was extremely disappointed as we had the original tag and receipt but understood store policy.My entire experience was turned around and Kelly made my trip absolutely worth it. The inventory and cleanliness of the store overall deserves 5 stars.Again - shout out to Kelly!”
