“In full disclosure I went to Hamms tire to resolve my tire issue today. After getting disrespected at Hamms I drove to Texas Tires down the street. OMG what a huge difference. The owner helped me personally. It was pouring rain and they were getting soaked but made sure my problem was resolved. These dudes Rock. I dropped off my truck at 9:15am, they texted with an updated diagnostic at 9:41am, and the vehicle was ready by 10:15am. “If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I have been unable to install one of my tires rim caps and I came here and they told me EXACTLY what to do and how to ask for them at the store. So I went and came back that same day and they helped me install it. For some reason, the screws weren’t fitting (not their fault) but they did NOT give up and send me away, they kept trying their hardest and I left with my cap on. “After finding out that a tire failed state inspection that was still under manufacturer's warranty this location honored the warranty and had on our car within 24 hours. This was even though we did not purchase the tire this location which we had bought at Costco who would not honor the manufacturer's warranty”
“This is an absolute great place! I had blown out a tire and had a donut on it. I pulled up there. Having never been there before! They treated me like an old friend. I was only going to get 1 tire, but when the young man explained when pros and cons to me. I ended up getting 2 and then I don’t have to worry about it any more. From the time I paid for my tires and wipers it was all of about 25 minutes. They are quality, fast, service is impeccable. It’s nice not to have to sit around all afternoon waiting on my car! Excellent place!!!”

“UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!!! Thank you so much Jose! After calling a couple of yahoos who wanted to charge 70-80$ for a used tire, I called Discount Tire. I told Jose what I could afford to pay and he didn't charge me a penny more. My tire had a bubble on it and was splitting open.. a blowout was right around the corner.
