I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been this impressed with a service in my life. Oscar completely exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I called, he was incredibly responsive.
Oscar arrived in about 15 minutes and had my tire changed in what felt like five minutes. I was genuinely blown away. His professionalism, kindness, efficiency, and expertise were unmatched. He worked with so much confidence and precision that I found myself thinking, “Wow… this man is incredible at what he does.”
It’s rare these days to come across someone who not only does their job exceptionally well but also makes you feel completely taken care of throughout the process. Oscar did exactly that. He turned what could have been a terrible, stressful day into a smooth, painless experience.

I dropped off my truck at 9:15am, they texted with an updated diagnostic at 9:41am, and the vehicle was ready by 10:15am. “Performance Imports Automotive is top notch and Alvin has to be one of the smoothest, confident and OCD mechanical technicians that I have ever met and in my line of work, I have seen many. With the fluidity that he moved with on my tasks you could easily tell that he's done this dozens of times, but you may doubt that because he's so meticulous with everything and factory specs just aren't good enough for him! :-) Anyway, he was as pumped with my upgrades as much as I was and that's what you want from someone who is touching one of your largest financial investments. “10000% PROFESSIONAL. Life happens. Tires blow. These guys are doing all they can to get you safely back on the road. Life jumped up and caused an issue with my tire replacement.
