She greeted me at the door and asked if I was looking for anything in particular, and then escorted me straight to what I was looking for. Her store did not have my size, but I went to another one of their stores and found the right size for me, but not the right color. The employees at the second store had no interest in helping me, so I returned to the Famous Footwear in Midlothian and NYA helped me to place an online for home delivery. She also told me about a special that they were running, so I ended up buying my 11 year old granddaughter her first pair of Birkenstocks from NYA! Thanks, NYA, for an awesome shopping experience! I'll be back.”

“Not much to tell, but I walked in grabbed 2 pairs of Jordan 1 lows, knew exactly what I wanted. Was happy because they had what I wanted in stock and was willing to special order another pair I desired.
Downside is prices are a bit higher that other places. All in all good experience”

I was looking for a boys’ Nike compression shirt and was having a hard time finding the exact one I wanted. Ms. Brenda went above and beyond to help me. She checked the men’s department, went to the back, looked through the racks one by one, and even gave me recommendations for ordering online if I couldn’t find the exact one I was looking for.

Thankfully, I was able to purchase the Nike compression shirt in a larger size, but what really stood out to me was how much effort Ms. Brenda put into helping me find what I needed. She was incredibly friendly, personable, patient, and had a beautiful smile the entire time. She genuinely made me feel like my shopping experience mattered.
