I took my elderly mother to this Waxahachie branch for a cash withdraw. The bank associates and manager were concerned there may be foul play due to her age, but ultimately handled the transaction in a very professional manner. They refused to assist me in opening a new account because it was Friday evening nice way to earn a new customer
