“I have been shopping at “Home Goods” for decades but, never had such a pleasant experience as in the Weatherford Texas location. An employee, Kristie was so pleasant, professional and generally just delightful. I have opted to not open a credit card for years or ever utilize the rewards ever before. However, she was so informative as to why I should that I indulged. I just moved to area and do design. I look forward to seeing Kristie and this well stocked store very often in the future.Thank you Kristie and the rest of the helpful pleasant employees at this location!”

“I have never been to Belk, much less heard of the place. The layout of the store was awesome, and though Blaxk Friday was in full swing, there was ample room in the aisles and at the checkout stands. Speaking of cashiers, the employees checking out were friendly and absolutely efficient. Found what I was looking for, and then some and will now be a loyal online customer, given where I live does not even know this place exists. 5 star experience without a doubt.”

“Love this store. It’s so clean and the employees are so nice. A lot of the things in this store are overpriced in my opinion but sometimes you can find some really good deals. They always have clearance racks too. I would check the khols app before going to see if they have any coupons or discounts though, the cashiers won’t tell you so you have to look on the app to see!, also they do have a military discount I believe on mondays but I could be wrong but it’s only a certain day”

“The Weatherford store is pretty clean and organized compared to some other Ross stores. I have a tendency to spend a lot there. The clothing selection is not as good as it was pre-covid, but I still manage to find plenty of items to spend my money on. It is also a great place to find seasonal decorative items. Overall, I'm a fan & I keep coming back for more.”
“I just want to give a quick kudos to your team member Jon.As I was browsing through the store I could hear him greeting and checking out customers at the register. He made sure to ask each and every customer if they found everything that they needed, if they wanted a bag , If they wanted a receipt, thank them for their business, and tell them to have a nice day. This was of course my same experience when It was my turn to check out. While this may seem like just part of his job, and what is expected, let me tell you that it is a rarity these days to receive that type of friendly customer service in a retail environment. I have gone to stores in the same shopping center, where the clerk never made eye contact, scanned my items, and handed me my receipt ,without ever asking me anything, or thanking me at all. I don't know if it is just a part of your customer service training, or if this guy has just been raised right, but I thought you should know what a treasure you have in this employee. I have worked in customer service many years and this is how its done right. Thank you !”

I was not real thrilled that the shelves were bare on a Monday afternoon however the produce was well stocked. All the employees were super friendly and it was a great time of the week (Monday afternoon) to go. Not very crowded. I was able to find most of the items on my list so all and all it was a positive experience. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the lack of items on the shelves and a bit messy.”
