“I have been bragging about this store to my friends, so I thought that I would share it online. Around Thanksgiving, they had a deal, buy a DeWalt 5.0 battery for 55.00 dollars and get a 50.00 rebate. First off, 55 dollars for a 5.0 battery is a good deal but then the rebate thing. I'm over 50 yrs old and I've never, not once had a mail-in rebate pay off. So, I'm thinking this is too good to be true. However, a 5.0 battery is still a great deal for 55.00 dollars. So, I did it. I bought 2 of them, jumped thru the hoops of the rebate thing and too my absolute surprise, I got a 100 dollar gift card in the mail. Wow, a store that follows thru with their promises. I didn't shop their much, because I didn't like your military discount policy, I wish it was like Lowe's or Home Depot's. However, based on y'all following through on the rebate thing I will be shopping there more often. I just recently bought a pair of Carhartt insulated overalls that I love. Also, shout out to your employee, Lou, who helps load out. He is super friendly and I enjoyed his smile and his hardy laughing.”

“This Homegoods was clean and had many great things at decent prices. I am giving it a 4 because I was going to buy a 3 piece storage container set, and the price was $14.99, and the tag showed the 3 pieces. However, when I went to purchase it, the customer service rep stated the boxes in the container weren't a part of the price. I showed her the picture of the tag showing the 3 pieces, and she stated it was showing you the options that you could get. I was very disappointed because I believe that was false advertising.”

“I went into Sephora the other day needing a new foundation and this young woman with the name Elizabeth assisted me; she very honest about the product and her shade match was PERFECT, I was looking for a specific concealer and she advised me a different concealer since she said it would peel the foundation and the concealer she gave me looks flawless. Her accent was very very pretty too, must be a foreign woman thing know makeup since she was the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever met at a makeup store. Ask for her if you go in!!”

“I called the store today and inquired iif there was a certain item I was needing. Stella took the time to find it and had it by the register when I got there. I live 40 miles away so it was very helpful. She went above and beyond and was so helpful when I got there.”

“It has limited hours 11-7 Monday-Saturday and 12-6 on Sunday but, I can always find good sale prices and coupons online when I shop there. The store is clean and has great selection of haircare and facial products”

“I just want to give a quick kudos to your team member Jon.As I was browsing through the store I could hear him greeting and checking out customers at the register. He made sure to ask each and every customer if they found everything that they needed, if they wanted a bag , If they wanted a receipt, thank them for their business, and tell them to have a nice day. This was of course my same experience when It was my turn to check out. While this may seem like just part of his job, and what is expected, let me tell you that it is a rarity these days to receive that type of friendly customer service in a retail environment. I have gone to stores in the same shopping center, where the clerk never made eye contact, scanned my items, and handed me my receipt ,without ever asking me anything, or thanking me at all. I don't know if it is just a part of your customer service training, or if this guy has just been raised right, but I thought you should know what a treasure you have in this employee. I have worked in customer service many years and this is how its done right. Thank you !”

“Found many needed articles of clothing for very reasonable prices! Most staff was friendly and helpful, when needed! Racks were well sorted for the most part, and sizes easily located throughout the store.”
