“I keep saying that I am going to leave my Wells Fargo location due to many problems I have had there. And I eventually will. I had to go out of town and had not had a chance to cash my check and we were in the area so we stopped at this location. The teller was very nice and helpful, unlike most at my normal location. The line was long, but they got everyone in and out in no time. We were 5 cars back and still out in less than 10 minutes. Fast and good. They need to send some of these tellers to my location. We can use the (almost) perfection. That means a lot to me when it comes to my money.”

And then when my friend and I were there for the appointment, everything went wonderful.
She was able to understand what I've been trying to advise her, and then Zach pointed out it might be good for POA and she agreed.
So we accomplished everything we needed to and something that wasn't even on my list he really took excellent care of my friend's account.
(Side note: I did bring along my husband's account information so Zach could see I was HNW / accredited investor
and that he really needed to take care of my friend and get her on a better financial path.)
