“Every single person on staff I came in contact with was amazingly kind and patient. When I first walked in the door an associate greeted me and led me exactly where I needed to be and helped me with sizing. Then I came across one of their home brand sets in a material I loved, but they didn’t have my size in shirt and was short one pair of pants.
I thought I was doomed because I needed three sets and I wanted them to match (along with that set being 40% off).
Anyway, Kia took the time to call different stores for them to ship out the exact shirt and pants I wanted that this store didn’t have in stock! I got exactly what I needed at an amazing price with such friendly staff helping me along.
Then I had a question about my tracking on one shirt because I had a mix-up in my emails with the tracking information. I believe I spoke to Ana on the phone today (01/20) and she deserves some recognition too! So patient and so kind helping me figure out what happened and even resent the tracking information to me.
