“Let me say the customer service is top tier! This isn’t a paid ad or anything like that either. I had been searching high and low for the perfect piece of Ghostwood to fit in my third enclosure and match my other two enclosures set ups. I couldn’t find it anywhere. The store near me only had humongous pieces that I wasn’t trying to pay for just to cut up and destroy. I then made a few purchases on other sites that resulted in way too small or way too large pieces. So then I checked the bio dude website and saw they sold ghostwood so I reached out and described what I was looking for. They took the time and asked questions to figure out what I needed and was looking for. They then took the time to take photos of a few different options matching my description so I could see it before buying. End result I purchased an absolute perfect fit of what I was looking for! Thank you so much for taking the extra step to help a customer out, I will be a customer for life and will continue to recommend you!”

“I forgot his name. He is the assistant manager, young, possibly white with strawberry blonde hair. He helped me with advice for the best products when experiencing a clogged pipe. My concern was not wanting to buy something that didn’t work.

He recommended a different product and gave me steps on what to do. Let’s just say my drain was unclogged before adding the solution. (He suggested using the snake first).

“Always love this place and always spend too much money because they just have so much great stuff. The staff is excellent. I had to make a quick stop to pick up an Easter gift for my mother. They directed me exactly to where the specific flowers I needed where. Had an excellent selection of colors at a VERY reasonable price and they helped carry my plants from the shelf to the register and then loaded them up in my truck. Which as a person in a wheelchair is a God sent. I will continue to use Houston Garden Centers as long as they're in business.”
