“Thank you so much, Chris, for going the extra mile to make sure that my AC needs were met. I totally recommend Johnston Supply in Webster!! Great company and great management and staff!!
Sherry Thompson”
“I forgot his name. He is the assistant manager, young, possibly white with strawberry blonde hair. He helped me with advice for the best products when experiencing a clogged pipe. My concern was not wanting to buy something that didn’t work.
He recommended a different product and gave me steps on what to do. Let’s just say my drain was unclogged before adding the solution. (He suggested using the snake first).
Thank you so much for being an active listener to the consumer’s needs!”

“Great hardware store. Picked up a dehumidifier to see if it will help the house feel cooler. Especially in the morning when the shower steam has warmed things up. They had several to choose from. Picked up some pool supplies and some garden supplies. Have a self check out and someone there to do it for you. ( I always use the checker- nice lady I want to help her keep her job). They had some of the lights off or were they out? Either way it saves energy and I liked it!”
“This location is amazing from their kind and oh so helpful employees plus the fact that everything is ALWAYS IN STOCK when you need items for your next home improvement project.”
“Steve helping me with curbside is AMAZING! Somehow half my order got sent to a different store and he went above and beyond to fix my order, and get me the item instead of making me drive across Houston in 5 pm traffic.
You’re my hero Steve!”
“Recently bought a washer from here and it was a great experience. We went in the evening and the customer service was very good. The truck drivers did a great job delivering as well.”
