“This time I took our little Chihuahua mix to PetSmart for claw clipping instead of the vet. I love the vet, just trying to save a few bucks. As it turned out, there's only $5 difference, but the groomers were super friendly, very professional, and Petunia was instantly at ease. They not only clipped, they smoothed down the resulting sharp edges without me even asking. I also found that even the cashier was very knowledgeable about products and services. It was a fun experience. I'll be going back!”

“The associates treat these dog like they're own babies ❤️ they wouldn't even let me hold one because it was on rest! So considerate for the puppies health, I love that they take the puppies health seriously and that it comes first! I enjoy the system they have in place, the associates really care for the puppies. I bought my first dog here and the experience was a breeze all of these girls are awesome, Byron is an exceptional manager customer service is phenomenal!”
