“UPS store has always been great. They are polite. Helpful and always seen with a smile. The reason why I come here is the willingness to go the extra mile. I needed a strip of tape and was going to buy the roll and instantly said they’d take care of taping it not to worry. The store down the road was trying to get me to pay 7 bucks for it. Yes it’s my fault for forgetting my tape but this makes them so much better helping. Thank you!”

There was an issue with spacing they were helpful with making it better, then we realized after receiving the order that her last name was misspelled. I called staples and they allowed us to trade the order in with the corrected spelling. In our 3 trips to Staples everyone was very helpful and called to communicate with us. Julien was great!
