“Been using for shipping and a drop off location for years now. They have been awesome. Complaints about charging for drop off is inaccurate. Many people don’t bring in the packages ready to drop off, most of the time needing a box and tape. I’ve never had an issue with shipping or drop off when drop off instructions were followed. Cannot recommend them enough as they are friendly and locally owned!”

“I went to The Mail Box to ship a return Amazon purchase, an unassembled oversized chair and ottoman. The sweetest young lady, Brianna, helped me. She was extremely busy with at least 10 customers, Fed Ex, UPS and Fed Ex Ground drivers. She was so pleasant to each customer and came up with a great solution to my shipping issue. “We did a booklet of poems for my mom’s celebration of life. There was an issue with spacing they were helpful with making it better, then we realized after receiving the order that her last name was misspelled. I called staples and they allowed us to trade the order in with the corrected spelling. In our 3 trips to Staples everyone was very helpful and called to communicate with us. Julien was great! Thank you! The booklets are perfect!”

“I had an issue with an Amazon return at the UPS Store, and Stacy went above and beyond to help me. I dropped off my package around 1:30, but Amazon had mistakenly given me only one return label instead of two. Later, I noticed I only received a refund for one item.
I went back to the store about 20 minutes before closing, and despite being busy with lots of returns, Stacy was so kind and genuinely helpful. She took my name, looked into it, and guided me through the process. After working with Amazon customer service, I realized they had sent me the same label again, and Stacy caught that right away. Eventually, Amazon sent the correct label, and thanks to Stacy, both returns were successfully processed.
Her patience, professionalism, and friendly attitude really stood out. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. Great job, Stacy—I truly appreciate your help! Highly recommend this location.”
“Leaving this review for service from fedex delivery company. I recently had a package delivery I missed. Fedex went above and beyond to get the package to me after our location was reported as closed to get the package to me the following day. They followed up with me the following day to make sure we had great service on that delivery and ensured the package reached us. The customer service for that follow up call was American. I was very grateful for the follow-up. Fedex as a company is a lot more accountable than UPS.”

When I need help with things they adapt and work out a reasonable solution for pretty much everything. When there are peak crowds I know some people get impatient and may leave reviews that aren’t five stars but I’ve been there to see how they handle the negative vibe people and they are professionals. “When I first started coming here, it was a nightmare because the trailer parking spaces were too close. After speaking to Terry, the general manager about my concerns, they made significant changes to help drivers get in and out safely without damaging their trucks. Terry had contractors make improvements on the fencing by adding barrier poles. They cleared out a section of parking spaces to allow easier access to the loading docks. They occasionally have the hostler drivers bring empty trailers from their off site to the drivers so they won't have to fight to move a trailer from a space that's only possible for hostler trucks. This service help drivers to stay on schedule. I know that drivers complain about this location but I have seen a marketable improvements over the past few months. I have watched supervisor Karla take charge and instruct her workers in a timely manner with tact and professionalism. The yard audit lady, Rosemary Martinez is a valuable asset to this company because she understands truck/trailer spacing and knows exactly what's on the yard at all times. Brianna has been helpful by always being professional, courteous, and a problem solver. Supervisor Victor, who works the night shift, has helped me out multiple times with drops and staging. It's obvious that the supervisors and managers care about their jobs. There is a high turnover rate at this facility which supports Amazon, but I hope that the previously mentioned employees stay on board permanently. Today, I had the opportunity to meet Kimberly. She has been checking me out of the facility for months but I never knew her name. She has always been courteous and professional with me. She is very patient with drivers and extremely confident. I hope that she stays at this facility permantly because she is a valuable asset to STG.”
