Apparently, the Brakes had been wearing out for quite some time, but the previous oil change facility, not Jiffy Lube, did not inform me that I would be needing a new brakes soon. “I have been visiting this location for several years. When I first brought my 2015 Mazda 3 in, I initially thought I might need an alignment and possibly new brakes and rotors. The manager examined my vehicle and kindly informed me that I did not need those services and explained exactly what was wrong. Since that experience, I have consistently brought my car here for routine maintenance, check engine lights, and other issues. The staff here are sincere and fair in their pricing. I have never left feeling uncomfortable or taken advantage of, and I recommend this location to anyone I care about.”

“my dad and i have been going to austin for our vehicles for years. he’s always been reputable, honest, and gets things done in a timely manner. i went in a few days ago to address a check engine light on my tacoma, he recognized the code as being the catalytic converter. he asked how many miles were on my truck and when i told him, he immediately called the toyota dealership to check with them and see if they warrantied the part. he told me he’d call me with answers on monday. i left the shop and he called me immediately, letting me know that the part was under warranty and that i could go up on tuesday to get it taken care of. austin easily saved me at least a thousand dollars in repairs. if you are in need of a good, honest, reliable mechanic. this is the place .”

“Had an issue a few months ago, thank you to J&I! My alternator was completely dead- first auto problem I've had and so I was freaking out! When I spoke with J&I Auto Repairs, I received a quote and an estimate of how long the service/repair would take. When I went to pick up my car, they were able to explain the work they did in a way that was easy for me to understand, even with my lack of auto knowledge! I truly appreciate everyone who helped me out, definitely a business worth supporting.”

“My friend was broke down on the side of the road in his '91 Corvette, and the owner stopped and offered to help on a Saturday evening. He even offered to drive back to his shop and grab a tow chain for us and was going to tow us back to our house. We got it figured out, but that was very cool of him. That just shows his character for anyone reading reviews.”

“I can't begin to tell you how amazing NASA Complete Auto Repair is. I called around for a quotes. I either couldn't reach businesses or they were unwilling to provide quotes over the phone. Not even rough estimates. NASA Auto Repair not only provided a quote, but they gave the lowest quote. I took my vehicle in for rear brake pads, rear rotor replacement, and brake flush. That's what the dealership told me I needed. It was ready in less than 3 hours! When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they explained what they did and even showed me the parts they removed. Well, I didn't need new rotors. They replaced my front pads as a precaution and it was only a few dollars more. They warranty their work. I couldn't be more pleased with the work and professionalism.”
