Apparently, the Brakes had been wearing out for quite some time, but the previous oil change facility, not Jiffy Lube, did not inform me that I would be needing a new brakes soon. “Just got my car detailed here a not only are they quick with their service, they’re also very thorough with the work. I just randomly happened to be driving by in Webster and I was due for a car wash, so I pulled in. The attendant was very knowledgeable and was able to talk me into getting a month-long car wash membership (which I don’t regret after seeing the work they do) and the manager, Kyle (I believe that’s what he said by the card I got says Stephen) was very personable and made sure to even let me know I bring it back if I find that they were lacking somewhere. Awesome job by the team! 10/10 would recommend!”

“I have been visiting this location for several years. When I first brought my 2015 Mazda 3 in, I initially thought I might need an alignment and possibly new brakes and rotors. The manager examined my vehicle and kindly informed me that I did not need those services and explained exactly what was wrong. Since that experience, I have consistently brought my car here for routine maintenance, check engine lights, and other issues. The staff here are sincere and fair in their pricing. I have never left feeling uncomfortable or taken advantage of, and I recommend this location to anyone I care about.”
