He helped me make a decision on which battery would be best for my needs, changed it, and took the old one to recycle it! “It was worth the 47 minute drive to this location. Since I’ve had my car (purchased new - me the only owner- 11 years) - I replaced the factory battery 🔋 with an IB battery. The service is always good and I appreciate IB honoring the warranty.
At this location, Stuart took my call and confirmed they had my battery in stock and encouraged me to come to the location before 4 pm and they could take care of the battery replacement. Got there and Jonathon was super transparent and even gave me history lesson on Southeast Austin. When you get honesty and transparency- it’s worth the drive. Jonathon thanks for the Klingemann Car Care recommendation- they replaced the corroded battery connectors. 🤭”

“The other day, my car broke down severely to the point where I thought I had no resolve. After much research and going everywhere I could to find the part I needed I was feeling defeated like I couldn’t make this happen. When stepping into the store, I was greeted by three different people who came to help. Stephen was so knowledgeable and helpful. “I wanna shout out Abraham for his excellent customer service and help. I was on my second visit in the week getting parts for my vehicle. I ordered parts to the store from another location and they were scheduled to arrive by 5pm, which wasn’t going to work for my schedule. I called the store and Abraham helped me out, calling the other store to get them over at 2:30pm. He saved my day!”
