“I needed a relay and this was the third parts store I visited. No one stocked the buick relay i needed,, or sio I thought. Ruben, who was super knowledgeable informed me that any 35 amp 4 pin relay was sufficient. Im sure they stock 4 pin relays everywhere, but if you dont take the time to hear the customer, it wont matter whats in your inventory. Thanks Ruben for the knowledge, the help, and the time.”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Miguel, Moses, and Roy. I had a headlight go out pretty late at night about a week or two ago. When I came in, I received immediate customer service. They even gave me a discount on the headlights because one of the other ones in stock was missing.
They also provided gloves so I could change the headlight and helped me get my hood open since the latch was stuck. They even offered to help install it, but I declined because they had already done so much for me.
Superb customer service. These guys were great.”

Tim replaced my cracked iPhone 13 Pro screen. He quoted me the time frame of 2-3hrs. He called me an hour later stating that the phone is complete and ready for pickup! His work was solid, my phone looked brand new and the functionality was there as if nothing was replaced!
