“Loved the selection of online mattress I found the one I wanted online but wanted to be able to experience it in person. Most mattress companies only sell certain brands. This store all of the most highly rated ones o that can only be accessed online. If you look up these brands you will see they make the top rated lists. They even have organic one like Avocado.”
“Fastest mattress sale ever. Charles was able to help me pick out a full size mattress for my 2 year old. I went through tons of mattress reviews online looking for something that was good quality and comfortable and Austin natural was the only place I could find that carried the highly reviewed brands on my list. I had a deadline of a few days and Charles was able to help me make an a selection and gave me an answer to whether or not they could meet this deadline on the spot. As a side conversation, I’m also now on the hunt for a machete taco. Great guy !”

“So I show up just before closing on a Friday night. Explained I had been on the road for a few days and needed a mattress “now”. Chris could have said we are closing and sent me elsewhere. Instead he took the time to share his wealth of knowledge and help me pick the right mattress for me. But then… he went over the top and researched other stores to find what I wanted. Next Chris went with me to another location that was already closed and helped me load my new mattress into my truck so I could have it today. Boy was it heavy, two of us had to work hard at loading it. Wait for it… there is more! Chris offered to follow me home to my apartment to offload so I was not stuck alone with the wonderful very heavy PREMIUM PURPLE MATTRESS. The world needs more like Chris and if you need a mattress … go find Chris ?”
“Mike is amazing. Initially, my mom had ordered me a mattress through Sam’s Club but they never updated their tracking info and it was hard to get an answer on where my mattress was.
We stepped into Discount Mattress and Mike took care of us right away. He answered of all our questions and was upfront with pricing.
We were even able to schedule next day delivery with him.
