“Great customer service, lady on the phone always very friendly. We had a tire about to blow out (it had a bubble), we were going to replace it with one that we had, the repair guys recommended not too do it because that tire wasn't in a good condition either, we told them do it under our own risk (it was a 12 wheel truck). So they end up not charging us for the service, they said the replacement might blow out too and don't want be responsible for it. We got to our destiny safe. my husband and I really appreciate their gesture.”

“So this past WK I took a trip to Austin and was coming back home to ft worth the next day when I had a blow out. Luckily I was able to exit hwy and this tire shop was there. I literally was shaking and crying cause I was stressed not knowing how I was gonna make it home. These guys (I wish I would've got their names) was willing to help me in the conditions I was in and worked out a deal with me... (Only to remember I had a whole spare tire that just had a nail in my trunk ?♀️?♀️) This shop here was kinda my saving grace that day. I appreciate the way they care and are considerate of others”
