When I returned the next day, I was told, “Yes, we saw it, but we can’t find it right now — we’ll keep looking.” I came back a few days later to check one last time and was completely surprised to learn that the bank had credited my account $45 for the lost bottle while they continued searching for it! I was truly blown away by that level of care and customer service. Not only did I not expect them to keep track of my forgotten item, but I certainly never expected NFCU to reimburse me for something I lost myself. Huge kudos to NFCU for going above and beyond and truly exceeding customer expectations!”
