I came back a few days later to check one last time and was completely surprised to learn that the bank had credited my account $45 for the lost bottle while they continued searching for it!
I was truly blown away by that level of care and customer service. Not only did I not expect them to keep track of my forgotten item, but I certainly never expected NFCU to reimburse me for something I lost myself. Don't say nothing but smile and work together to get him out. Cope all other locations that they have don't work together like these girls. I enjoy come into this one. Because it's hard to find good companies that have good employees that represent their company. Well these ladies do.”
