From the time I walked into the building I was greeted and my time waited was no longer than five minutes. Harrison Ormes was the member service representative that help me with a very smooth and easy transaction. He answered all my questions with ease and very knowledgeable and understanding. “Went in to apply for a loan and we normally work with Debra ( she is awesome) but Debra was busy and put us with Skye Weeks. She was amazing and fast, she explained a lot of questions I had to where I understood them, while all the time I had been doing somethings wrong where I put money on a loan payment. ETPCU has always been good to us. Not only to me but now my son banks there and has started his credit with them and has been able to get loans that he thought at age 19 he would not be able to get. Our whole family banks here at the ETPCU in Kilgore. We love them.”
