Izzy handled everything remotely while I was in Alabama and was great to work with. The shop is clean, organized, and professional — I got to see the work in progress and meet Dillon the tech. The bed cover looks perfect, the remote start works flawlessly, and they even tracked down an actuator issue that wasn’t OEM as expected and resolved it. Pricing is premium but justified for the quality. Highly recommend for serious aftermarket truck upgrades.”

“I have a yearly membership. This location is always consistent with service and amenities. They offer microfiber towels, multipurpose cleaner, and a floormat cleaner. They occasionally shut down for maintenance, which is annoying when I drive 20 minutes to clean my car. Other than that, wash and vacuum takes about 20 minutes.”

“I have been here numerous times as it’s just a few blocks from me. Never had any issues or problems. Staff is always friendly and helpful if needed.
I will note I went in 2/27 and it was packed. We prob were in line 15/20 mins for a wash. No biggie, it was a nice day. I don’t know how on a busy day, how accurate your wash is. I paid $15 for the premium wash that comes with a wheel blast and shine. At other locations as well as previous washes at B&K, I know a tire shine looks like. After this wash, I do not see this as a tire shine and I’ve had better washes here previously as well as other car washes. The entire back of the car didn’t get the foamy pre wash brush (by the employee) so it’s still dirty, ugh.
Not sure I’ll be back with inconsistent service. Side note - they do have free vacuums.”
