“I have a yearly membership. This location is always consistent with service and amenities. They offer microfiber towels, multipurpose cleaner, and a floormat cleaner. They occasionally shut down for maintenance, which is annoying when I drive 20 minutes to clean my car. Other than that, wash and vacuum takes about 20 minutes.”

“I have been here numerous times as it’s just a few blocks from me. Never had any issues or problems. Staff is always friendly and helpful if needed.
I will note I went in 2/27 and it was packed. We prob were in line 15/20 mins for a wash. No biggie, it was a nice day. I don’t know how on a busy day, how accurate your wash is. I paid $15 for the premium wash that comes with a wheel blast and shine. At other locations as well as previous washes at B&K, I know a tire shine looks like. After this wash, I do not see this as a tire shine and I’ve had better washes here previously as well as other car washes. The entire back of the car didn’t get the foamy pre wash brush (by the employee) so it’s still dirty, ugh.
Not sure I’ll be back with inconsistent service. Side note - they do have free vacuums.”

“JUST left this car wash and felt the need to leave a review for the wonderful ladies and gentlemen working the shop today but more specifically, the detail section around 12:30/1pm. They were all super informative on how this car wash works (I don’t get my car wash as often as I probably should)
I came by today expecting to sweat my butt off wiping down my cars interior but found out they do a detail for $35!!! They have a waiting section and even do a free wash with an oil change. My purchase today for the detail included $5 off my next car wash.
This place seems to be either Hispanic owned or operated, which I personally love. This includes the ladies that cleaned the inside. As a woman, I loved that there were plenty of other ladies there working the detail. I felt 100% safe and comfortable.
Can’t recommend this place enough. I will most definitely be returning as this has taken all of the dread out of getting my car washed, especially in the summer. Wonderful team!!”

“This was my first time here, coming to get a full detail for my vehicle. I came here on the basis of other recommendations that this place is great. I’m glad to say you can trust it. I was able to drop my car off (they don’t do appointments) and pick it up a few hours later. The woman at the reception desk is very nice and helpful and the price wasn’t too bad, about $180 for a full detail. There were a lot of employees around the lot but the ones I spoke to were nice enough. I did ask questions about the detail and they were helpful in answering them. When picking my car up I found it looking absolutely polished, like the car was brand spanking new. I was really impressed with the care they had with my car. Again, I am only speaking on the car detail here but my service was great. The employees were very professional and explained how to let my car air out and what other aftercare was needed. Overall, I do recommend and would be back with my vehicle.”

He took the time to walk me through the paint correction and ceramic coating in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood what to expect. His communication was clear, timely, and patient, which made a big difference.
I brought in my Volvo XC60, and the results were outstanding. The difference from before to after was immediately noticeable. The paint looks incredible—deep, glossy, and noticeably refreshed. The swirl marks were significantly reduced, and the overall finish exceeded my expectations. The ceramic coating really brought everything together and gave the car a clean, high-end look.
On top of that, they provided incredible value for the level of service and quality delivered. It’s clear they take pride in their work.
