βLove when they have sales & then coupons added makes it worth going shopping & buying.
I don't like shopping for clothes, especially since the quality of them has gone down so much that they have to be washed on gentle & air dried for them to last.
I don't like that we've gone the way of self checkout for clothes, esp when there are coupons & discounts to be added.
I didn't get trained in how to check myself out.
Bring back cashiers!!!!!!!!!β

βLoving the deals, shoes are what you pay for so don't expect perfection but under $20 for workable tennis shoes is a very good deal and the quality is comparable to Sketchersβ

It is well organized, very clean, has a nice selection of products that you use daily, plus the prices are very good. ?? I really found some things I needed for a really good price. βGreat people l, friendly and helpful. I get my cat food and litter from them. The 4Healt cat food is on par with Blue if not better. They also have a 50lb bag of litter that woorks for under $20. We visit once a month. I recommend them and these products frequently.β

βTwo weeks ago I decided to stroll through the jewelry department. I had not planned on buying anything. However, a very nice sales person named Song asked if she could help me. I tried on several rings and wound up buying a very beautiful one. She was very kind, helpful, and considerate. The lighting in the store could be a bit brighter.β
βPrice is hard to beat, variety could be a lot better. Only have cheese or pepperoni pizza, should offer combo or meat lovers for full pizzas. Drink machines are hit or miss and each of the 4 have different flavors for a specific drink (pepsi will taste different from each machine).β
βI had such a great experience. It was my first time at this location and a women named Destiny saw that I had my hands full with my two year old son and helped me bag my items. She was very welcoming and friendly. She also went to put my cart back for me. I have been to five below plenty of times at different locations and this was the first time someone went above and beyond.β
βEvery employee at this store was very nice but I want to leave an amazing review for Priscilla who took the time out to help me with an order I was shopping for someone else and I was struggling to find things because I'm not used to shopping at this store and stuff was scattered everywhere. She was very patient, helpful and kind with me and I really appreciate that, keep up the amazing work!β
βThis location at LA GRANDE PLAZA is the best. Always a huge selection and the older lady who works the register most of the time is SUPER SWEET. She needs to go to the arlington location and teach those RUDE HOODRAT girls over there how to give good customer service.β

βI love this location. Itβs always so organized. They also have rare items like the torani salted caramel syrup. They also had caramel, pistachio, French vanilla and so many more for the same brand. The regular ones and not the sugar free ones are my favorite ones. I couldnβt believe my eyes when I saw it!! They have a lot of house decor and clothes for everyone for every age. They always have great tennis shoes in all sizes. I wish they had more options for womenβs backpack. Maybe this past time they had just ran out since holidays had just passed. Great location overall and employees are friendly and helpful.β

People are rude and ditch unwanted items all over the place - JCP has dedicated employees re-folding, hanging items and βre-homingβ ditched goods to where they belong. Good/accurate inventory as relates to availability listed online or in the apps. Clean and accessible fitting roomsβ¦Tight aisles around the holidays due to large volume of end cap displays for trinkets and stocking stuffers. Plenty of registers open and lines move at a decent speed for checkout.β

βStopped at Target to look at what they had for 4th of July ?? Pleasantly surprised to see a display at the front of the store. Also shout out to very capable young woman who checked me out.
Totally cleaned the area so the items didnβt get dirty. Friendly & Efficient! βοΈ??βοΈβ
βThis is a good store, I like all the stuff here because of the options and amount of items. Not the cleanest but it is big and it gets very full so be aware during the weekend. So many good items to be found at a much lower price and good brands too. You will find things quickly. I just don't recommend going when it's busy. The store is inside the mall but you can access it outside, there is plenty of parking but it depends on the day and hour you go. During the weekend you may have to look for a good long while to be able to find a parking space close to the door. There are few trees so more than likely the car will be parked in the sun so keep that in mind. I found some items I didn't think I was going to find there and has made my life easier because those items were cheap and good.β

βSmall, but has a ton of stuff! I liked that they even have garden decorations and plenty of plants to pick from. The commissary is right next door but the Exchange is across 2 parking lots. Makes shopping a bit difficult. Good deals though.β
βOur visit was specifically to try one of the fragrances reputed to be available there. Unfortunately, it turned out that the fragrance was not actually in stock. Some of the fragrance department staff were not as knowledgeable as we had come to expect, but others were up to the usual high standards. So the trip was a little disappointing for what we were after, but the store seemed to be in fine shape otherwise.β

We ordered the Kabuli Pulao, chicken kofta, and mantu dumplings β each dish was full of rich, authentic flavor. The rice in the Kabuli Pulao was perfectly cooked with tender lamb and sweet raisins that balanced beautifully. The kofta was juicy and spiced just right, and the mantu was delicate and packed with flavor.β

βThe staff was extremely helpful I think her name was Melissa she helped me find what I was looking for and also showed me a few things that had on sale and i ended up buying them. I also observed her helping the other staff members in helping other customers . Melissa was extremely busy at the time and I appreciated her stopping what she was doing to help me she definitely needs to be awarded for her customer service !β

βI have a family dollar almost in my back yard on camp Bowie but I wonβt go to it, I drive to this one. The people are amazing they keep the store so clean and organized!! I feel very safe there. This is my go to store. They should give these people a raise because they woke together so well and make you feel at home. Believe me, not all stores are like this. They have a great selection of staples and even a section of fresh foods so if you need an onion or potato you can just grab it there. Like I said before you donβt have to search for everything itβs neatly on the shelf. They have a $1 aisle and I go there first to see what they have but prices are reasonable. I really appreciate this store and all the hard work they do to make it a nice experience.β
