“It has been years since I have needed or rented a storage spot for my belongings. I always believed it was a waste of money for things I should have probably just set out by curb or given to somebody that needed it more than i did. DHP is really in my stomping grounds and close / convenient to where I live now.
I took a shot and stopped in to look around and see what they had available. I met with Sylvia I believe and discussed my needs, likes and dislikes of two other storage units I look at. Sylvia was definitely full of energy, easy to find and helped me pick out what really best fit my needs. I met two other older friends while I was in looking and had nothing but great things to say about the facility. Sylvia has also been very helpful with arrangements taken care of a few small things I had questions on.
I definitely have no problem being down there bright and early in the morning or late in evening just enjoying my home away from home. I tell my friends it’s my Condo it sounds a little more comfortable than storage facilities!

“Hi,I bought the item 49923, Wall Mounted Cat Lounge Set and Condo, color white/gray, and my kittens absolutely love it! One of them sleeps on the hammock, and the other in the cave... every day... including their naps :)However, my husband set it up too high, and our kittens can't get to the first step. So, we have been leaving a scratching post near the first step, so they can climb it and get to the first step.I have been frantically looking everywhere to buy an extra step, but have not find anywhere that sells the pieces separately. And I need an extra step, please.Can by you please open an exception and sell me one? My purr-fect family would deeply appreciate it :)Thank you,Fabiane Best”
“Really nice people, they got me loaded quickly, but this load probably should have been hauled in a curtain side. Really odd shaped, and various sizes of crates/boxes. Overall, not too bad, though.”

“Unfortunately I was towed, and it was my fault because I didn't see the tow zone signs. But they do sit there and wait. I understand it's their job, but it sucks paying $300+ for a mistake. Either way, the guy was nice and I got my car out.”
“For where they are located I think they did great. I checked in at 8 am and was unloaded and drove to the Petro ìn Weatherford by 1030 am. I recommend that if you never been there before come in at night, wait for security to point out parking spots.”

“People usually think prices are reasonable at Costco. But prices for some stuff are equal or even higher than other places which does not make sense. When you shop for things in bulk they are supposed to be more reasonable.
It is usually good place for families with children. But not the best for small families as the waste rate becomes high.”
