“I've had nothing but great customer service and this is coming from someone who is habitually behind on their payment. Their initial rent fees and insurance rates are very reasonable, they give multiple updates if you are delinquent with the balance as well as any charges that will be incurred.”

“Visited on 04/25 and I must say, this was by far the most professional experience I’ve had in Wichita Falls. I went to get an oil change and as I arrived, my 2 young babies fell asleep! The staff was sooooooo courteous and kind while doing my oil change. Making sure my littles were very comfy in the car while they worked! I was in and out in under 30 minutes. My oil change was perfect, my air filters were changed the works! We are a military family and I didn’t even have to mention it, they asked and seemed to genuinely care about us in the most kindest way! I truly truly truly would recommend this shop. It was just such a great experience. Thank you to everyone who helped this mama out”

“Pros: Great prices, initial setup and online account is easy and convenient. Unit was pretty clean and is at least as as big as advertised. Overall better value than BlueSky. Cons: The door lock system is pretty crummy, light fixture in my unit doesn't work, and the gate entry keypad is positioned in such a way it is really annoying to get in the gate without having to back up first.”

“This storage facility is gated, which offers more security and peace of mind. They have a large variety in unit sizes, and really helped us out when we needed a last-minute place to store my belongings while I was in the process of moving across the country. The key system is easy to use and feels secure. Move out notices have to be given within 10 days, and it's a lot easier to end your rental at Allsize than it is at large chain storage facilities. The rates seem pretty standard.”
