“I've had nothing but great customer service and this is coming from someone who is habitually behind on their payment. Their initial rent fees and insurance rates are very reasonable, they give multiple updates if you are delinquent with the balance as well as any charges that will be incurred.”

Cons: The door lock system is pretty crummy, light fixture in my unit doesn't work, and the gate entry keypad is positioned in such a way it is really annoying to get in the gate without having to back up first.”

“I hired two men and a truck from A-1 Freeman Moving & Storage. They came over and got to it. They loaded my HHG'S in a timely manner. Moved across town and unloaded them as well. I was very well pleased. The two young men did a great job. Now I thought the price was a bit high. But it was worth it. Thanks again for a great job.”

“This storage is great. It's a bit out if town but you also dont have the in town problems. There is plenty of room to get trucks and trailers in and out of here. And you dont feel crowded. The rent online option is very convenient.”
“The owners are super friendly and you can tell they care about the safety of my belonging as much as I do. Actions speak louder than words so when I see that the security systems are constantly evolving.by updating the lighting and Security cameras and making sure that the front gate is safely secured it just tells me they’re always doing the next best thing to keep my belongings safe.”
“Location is secure and well kept and the prices are reasonable. They have outlets at intervals along the units which is very convenient. Very easy to work with and get a contract in place. No complaints.”
“This storage facility is gated, which offers more security and peace of mind. They have a large variety in unit sizes, and really helped us out when we needed a last-minute place to store my belongings while I was in the process of moving across the country. The key system is easy to use and feels secure. Move out notices have to be given within 10 days, and it's a lot easier to end your rental at Allsize than it is at large chain storage facilities. The rates seem pretty standard.”
